Uses:
1- It is the agent of first choice in the treatment of chronicasthma
(nasal spray, inhaler).
It prevents the release of inflammatory chemicals such
as histamine.
• it is as efficacious as theophylline and produces fewer
side effects.
• unlike khellin, it has no muscle relaxant effect.
2- It treats allergic conjunctivitis (eye drops )
3- Treat urticaria, ulcerative colitis and food allergies (oral )

B-Amiodarone
It is a coronary vasodilator, treats angina.
It is a potent antiarrhythmic agent, treats ventricular
arrhythmias and atrial fibrillation (irregular heart beats).
