-Bisabolol 7.0 mg
2- As ulcer- protective with low toxicity for peptic ulcer, mouth
ulcer and
sore gums.
3- Aromatic bitter stomachic and carminative for flatulence,
dyspepsia
and intestinal disturbance.
Calm tea (CID):
Oil of chamomile
Oil of Anise
Oil of Caraway
In addition to medicinal applications, the extract of German
chamomile is used as:
1- A scent in several cosmetic products.
2- A non irritating hair dye with henna leaves e.g. chamomile:
Henna mixtures (3:1, 1:1 and 1:3)
3- The essential oil of German chamomile is added as ingredient to
soaps, lotions and creams to give a fresh, warm note and depth.
Storage:
Chamomile flowers should be kept in a well closed container
and protected from light.
