Enantiopure:
Compound having one chirality in the molecule.
Optically pure compound
It interact differently with two enantiomers.
e.g.
*N-trifluoroacetyl-L-prolyl chloride) for optically active amines,
e.g. amphetamines.
*1-R-(-) menthylchloroformate for optically active alcohols.
Diasteriomers:
Compounds having more than one chiral center and are not mirror
image.
They have same chemical properties but different physical properties.
