   Herbal adverse events:

   Precautions:
   -Caution is advised for persons with sensitive cardiovascular systems,
   kidney diseases, hyperfunction of the thyroid gland, and certain psychic
   disorders (anxiety disorders).
   -A high intake of caffeine (1.5 g caffeine per day) can cause headaches,
   diuresis, gastric distress, nervousness, vomiting, insomnia, anxiety, and
   agitation.
   -Caffeine can lead to psychic as well as physical dependency (Caffeinism).
   Symptoms of withdrawal include headache and sleeping disorders
   Pregnancy and lactation:
   Pregnant women should not exceed a dosage of 300 mg per day (3 cups of
   coffee spread out over the course of a day).
   In case of Lactation: Infants whose nursing mothers consume beverages
   containing caffeine could suffer from sleep disorders
   Interaction with iron:
   Coffee reduces the absorption of iron (due to polyphenolics present) thus,
   may lead to the development of iron deficiency anaemia in pregnant
   women, and reduce the levels of iron in breast milk. As a result, their
   babies may also be iron Deficient. “Coffee is not generally considered to
   be a suitable drink for babies and children”.
