At this point, you may continue with additional activities scheduled for the class. If time permits,
children love to play games or sing songs for the last few minutes of class. Here are a few
            suggestions:

            Four Corners
Ask for 4 volunteers wearing different colors. Have them stand in the four corners of the room.
Ask the children to identify the different colors in Punjabi. Gather the children in the center of
the room. A parent or teacher will close their eyes and count to 10 in Punjabi. During this time,
children are to quietly move to the corner of their choice. Once the counting is complete, the
volunteer (with eyes closed) will say the name of one of the corners. Children standing at the
called out corner will sit in the middle of the room while others continue on with the game until
there is one student left. He/she is the winner!

Harri Batti, Laal Batti (Green Light, Red Light)
Volunteer will stand at one end of the room with a green and red paddle or piece of paper. The
children line up at the opposite end. Volunteer will hold up either the red paddle for stop and
say Laal Batti or the green paddle and say Harri Batti. Children are to move from one side to
the other when they hear Harri Bati and stop when they hear Laal Batti. The first one to get
            across is the winner!
