Jaguar Espresso Systems is the U.K. distributor for leading
Florence based Italian grinder manufacturer Eureka, who

what’s up and coming and what can we expect to see in
2023. Here’s what they told us:

grinders - for medium-high volume/small-
medium volume outlets respectively –
come with special grinding blades that
optimise grind speed and maintain the
correct temperature to preserve the
coffee. An all-new touch display courtesy
of TFT technology, delivers responsive,
high clarity graphics together with low
energy consumption.
Both grinders come with 3 programmable
doses plus continuous; alert to change
blades and are password protected, so no
more adjustments by inexperienced
baristas. ACE anti-clumping technology
eliminates the electrostatic charge caused
by coffee grinding for more consistent
dosing.
Just as the Mignon Libra combines grind
and weigh technology, the all new ‘under-
the-grinder’ automatic tamper from
