Matters
Making an Impact
In recent years the coffee industry has firmly engaged with the
issues of sustainability and environmental matters. We've seen
the first carbon-neutral coffee shops and many roasters
aspiring to certification programs such as B Corps ~.
In this new series - 'Sustainability Matters' - we take a deep dive
into featured businesses and explain specific ways in which
their activities are making a tangible impact.
Hopefully, by example and insight, we can inspire other MAY/JUNE. 2023 | ISSUE 30
businesses both on the supply side and operator side to
explore their own impacts and opportunities for a greener,
sustainable future.
