Drink Recipes

(all for 12oz/355ml drinks) Iced Spanish Latte (v)

Layered Strawberry 1. Add 2 pumps of Zuma White
Chocolate sauce to a glass
Matcha (ve) 2. Fill the glass with ice

1. Add 1 mini scoop of Zuma Matcha to a cup 3. Top with milk of your choice –
2. Add a splash of hot water and mix into a leaving 1cm from the top
smooth paste 4. Pour over a double espresso.
3. Add 2 pumps of Sweetbird Strawberry
Puree to a glass Want to freshen your Summer
4. Fill the glass ⅓ full with ice Menu while it’s still hot, hot, hot?

6. Pour matcha on top (over the back of a
