Regional CRPF Family Welfare Association Guwahati, has been actively engaged in various
initiatives benefiting the families of CRPF personnel. With a strong belief that true health extends
beyond the body to the mind, we organize workshops, seminars, fitness drive, one to one
counseling sessions, and awareness drives tailored to diverse age groups and professional sectors.

Overview of initiatives and programs by RCWA Guwahati

Physical And Mental Health Awareness Programs
RCWA Guwahati organizes health awareness programs, workshops, and Education
seminars for the families of CRPF personnel, focusing on women’s health, Education has always been the
hygiene, and emergency response techniques like CPR. It also organized lecture prime focus. Focusing on
series on metal health and stress management thereby promoting overall education and career growth of
wellness. the wards of CRPF, the
association partnered with
reputed university such as USTM,
Meghalaya and The Royal Global
university ASSAM that will
provide wards with access to
high quality educational
resources, faculty and facilities
thereby equipped them with the
skills and knowledge required to
succeed in their chosen fields.

Skill Development Initiatives
RCWA Guwahati conduct skill development programs, such as stitching and
embroidery training with USHA Company, initiatives in handloom industries
and other vocational training, to empower family members and enhance their
employability and fostering skill development. GC Guwahati has its own loom,
where families of CRPF weave beautiful Assamese bedsheets and Gamosas
(gamchhas).
