ACTION PLAN
The two small groups considered the Strategic Goals and identified performance indi-
cators, to be able to assess progress toward the achievement of each goal. They dis-
cussed and agreed upon who would do what by when. The Action Plan is attached as
Appendix A.
NEXT STEPS
Facilitator Alice Sundberg will prepare a report on the planning session, including an
Action Plan chart
Board agendas will include standing items to monitor the goals
Executive Director reports to the Board will include progress toward her goals
Alice will provide a reporting template
