                         rifampin, pyrazinamide, ethambutol, and Streptomycin.

                     Dapsone

                         ➢  It is a sulfa drug, structure is related to that of sulfamethoxazole, acts by
                            the same mechanism

                         ➢  an antibacterial agent is limited to the treatment of leprosy, which is
                            caused by Mycobacterium leprae
