MT’s & DT’s TRAINING

                            The  old order  changes  and gives  place  to the   new.     The   induction of
                  Management/Design    trainees  is  similar.  It  is  the  process  of  bringing  fresh  talent  in  to  the
                  company.  The Aerospace industry is highly competitive.  MT/DTs play an important role in
                  bringing an  innovative  mindset  in HAL.  These  vibrant  youngsters  are  prepared with the
                  required technical skills and attitude of team working to begin their leadership journey.  The
                  52 weeks training program for MT/DTs is organized in three distinct phases:

                  In-House Training (HMA)
                  Training at Divisions/R&D Centres
                  Specialized functional training at reputed institutes

                         The  training of  MTs/DTs  posted to the  Hyderabad and SLRDC      division  is  the
                  responsibility of  TTC.  24 weeks  inclusive  of  four  weeks  of  hands  on  experience  in the
                  relevant area of work with assessment carried out at the end of the hands on the learning at
                  Technical  Training Centre  of  the  division.  Modules  conducted by TTC     are  Intense
                  Engagement in Practice (IEP), Intense Engagement in Practice (IEP) Evaluation and Project
                  /IPW Phase.   TTC is instrumental in facilitating training of 32nd to 43 MT/DT batches from
                  2007 to 2017. A total of 216 Management Trainees and 88 Design trainees passed out from
                  the portals of TTC, Hyderabad.
