Awareness Programs on Skill Development
Sessions were conducted for all concerned supervisors regarding Skill Development
Policy and corresponding roles of the supervisors.
Skill Mapping
Skill Mapping was carried out for Direct, Indirect Technical and Indirect Non -
Technical Employees.
Training of Trainers
16 Officers were selected domain-wise and nominated for “”Train the Trainer” program
during Feb 2017. The training program was conducted by ATI-EPI, Ramanthapur,
Hyderabad.
Curriculum Development
Curriculum has been developed for each job role to fill in the skill gaps of workmen.
Content Development
Trainers have developed content based on the curriculum with emphasis on customized
requirement of the Division.
Conduct of Class Room Training Sessions.
Class Room Session were conducted in 23 modules covering 1177 skill gaps of 387
personnel
Multiple sessions were conducted for 4 modules
.
Shop Floor Training
Sessions were conducted for all supervisors regarding the process of Shop Floor
training and the procedure of updating the same in Kaushal Vikas Portal.
Coaching & Mentoring
All the supervisors of direct technical workmen have been explained about the
importance of coaching & mentoring. Sessions were conducted by Skill Advisor and
Officiating GM (HR-SD). Coaching & Mentoring was completed for all Direct
employees.
