New trends in Technology have enhanced learning. Blending classroom training with e-
learning has increased the effectiveness of learning. Mobile learning is delivering learning
content on handheld mobile device such as smart phones and tablets. It can be chosen as
alternative solution for imparting awareness programmes and providing course material,
Conduct of Entry Behavior test and Final Test to the participants distributed in various parts
of country. It is cost effective, flexible, user friendly and Covers all sections of personnel in
the organization.

Implementation

TTC has implemented the TTC HAL App for the ITI Apprentices. It can be adapted in
entire HAL.
