All of us are unique creations of God and every second I compete with myself & in the
organization and accept whole heartedly whatever I have received. I humbly safe guard
whatever position ,power ,money and fortune I have and try and pray for improvement and
my quest for learning was ignited at TTC and it will guide me in future also. In a complex
set up like an aerospace industry, no matter how brilliant an individual is success of a team
as a whole matters since here everything is interdependent. This is where TTC played a vital
role in inculcating the importance of team work in us.

The gist of my experience at TTC is “ Where there is similarity we shake ourselves but
where there is a difference we shake hands , only then we are a true HaLite “. HAL is my
family and this factory is my place of worship where my efforts are to make our country
secure and watch it grow into a 5 trillion economy, without extreme poverty as all our efforts
are for nation building. Also, hats off to our CSR activities. At TTC, we were transformed
into complete technical specialists, into compassionate human beings, caring engineers and
useful citizens to our society, since “ ultimately it is the society that shapes a person" ..Thank
You!!!!
