Ex-Management Trainee (MT) Training Experience

I was on cloud nine when I was selected as Management Trainee (MT)33rd Batch in Dec 2006. I
was excited to join a premier technological company in the field of Aerospace & Defense.

After initial training at HMA, Bangalore, It was 5th Feb’07, when I entered first time in TTC
classroom at Avionics Division, Hyderabad premises and is still afresh in my memory. Mr Ayre, SM
(Training) welcomed us and next few weeks, various presentations were delivered in TTC
classrooms on product portfolio of AD & SLRDC Hyderabad, functioning of various indirect
departments like Quality Control, Integrated Material Management (IMM), Lean etc., and interaction
with top management of the division. I was enriched with latest technological knowledge in the field
of radars, communication/navigation systems and airborne computers.

The staff at TTC was very cordial and supportive and it made me to settle down at new place i.e.
Avionics division, Hyderabad comfortably.

TTC, Hyderabad also arranged visits to various technical departments, assembly & test shop
floors, design departments followed by an interaction with experienced senior officer. These visits
gave us first glimpse of how avionics are produced/designed/tested.

The training program arranged by TTC gave me a flying start in my career and still I remember
that memorable experience.
