in any of the ratios measuring values per common share.

Trial Master File (TMF)

Files that document all aspects of the trial. Inclusive of the CCF, Regulatory, Safety,
Biostatistics, etc.

TYSABRI Global Observational Program in Safety (TYGRIS)

Study to determine the incidence and pattern of serious infections, malignancies, and other
serious adverse events (SAE) in participants with multiple sclerosis (MS) treated with
TYSABRI (natalizumab).

TYSABRI Outreach United Commitment to Health (TOUCH)

US prescribing program for TYSABRI developed with the Food & Drug Administration;
prescribers and patients enrolled in TOUCH receive TYSABRI

Unconsolidated Joint Business Revenue

Revenue reported as pertaining to a specific entity or company, as opposed to revenue that
reports the combined figures of multiple entities as in the case of a joint venture, a specific
operating segment, etc.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Performance testing for a technical system to ensure a system will operate as expected.

Version Dimension

The version dimension allows reporting on different versions of data (actuals, budget,
forecasts) and various calculations of these versions (actual to forecast or budget variances,
run rates, etc.).
