Chart 4-20: Time Dilation

         Time Dilation is the ability to slow and stop time and space around a specific target or area. Characters who
         learn Time Dilation techniques may demonstrate the following proficiencies against targets of all belt ranking.

          Slow– The ability to slow down time around one (1) target.

          Prerequisite: N/A

          Ki Energy                Range                                    Description/Effects
              10      Target Maximum= 1/3 User TR  STA +1 for user, STA –1, MOV –1, DEF –1 for target lasting
                                                       1D4 melee rounds
              20      Target Maximum= 2/3 User TR  STA +1 for user, STA –1, MOV –2, DEF –2 for target lasting
                                                       1D4 melee rounds
              30        Target Maximum= User TR        STA +1 for user, STA –1, MOV –3, DEF –2 for target lasting
                                                       1D6 melee rounds

          Slower– The ability to slow down time around one (1) target longer.
          Prerequisite: N/A

          Freeze Frame– The ability to stop time around one (1) area.

              20       Target Maximum= 1/3 User TR  MOV=0 in a target area lasting 3 melee rounds

              30       Target Maximum= 2/3 User TR  MOV=0 in a target area lasting 1D4+2 melee rounds
          Reverse– The ability to reverse time around one (1) target.

          Prerequisite: Freeze Frame
