Chart 4-18: Telekinesis

         Telekinesis is the ability to manipulate solid objects without physical contact. Characters who learn telekinesis
         techniques may demonstrate the following proficiencies on both inanimate or living targets.


          Small Object– The ability to move one (1) target per STA classified as “Small”.

          Prerequisite: N/A
