Chart 4-21: Wind Control

         Wind Control is the ability to use various stages of wind power against a target. Characters who learn Wind
         Control techniques may demonstrate the following proficiencies against targets of all belt ranking.

          Gust– The ability to project a short burst of wind at a target.

          Prerequisite: N/A

             30         Target Maximum= User TR        STR+4, 1D4 Odds & Evens roll for Status Effect: Blinded

         Violent Winds– The ability to attack a target with a strong gust of wind.

         Prerequisite: N/A

         Blow Away– The ability to push one (1) enemy away from an encounter.
         Prerequisite: Violent Winds

         Tornado– The ability to create a wind storm that blows away one (1) target and damages other targets.

         Prerequisite: Wind Tunnel
