13. What other forms of communication can we expect from
you? Will we receive: Monthly statements? Email updates?
General market information? Maintenance issues? Rent
reviews? Lease renewals? Warning about when tenants are
vacating?
Our office prides itself on communication. This will vary depending on the status of
your property.
During vacancy:
You will be updated on enquiries and results from open inspections. We will also
provide you with feedback relating to price. These updates can be over the phone or
email whichever your preferred method of contact.
You will be provided with an activity report listing all actions and results relating to the
marketing of your property.
During tenancy:
Tenancy approval:
Once a tenant has been approved and a lease executed you will receive a copy of the
agreement by email or post.
Maintenance:
Maintenance issues are carried out in accordance with the property investors
instructions. We only engage trades people who meet our offices high standards.
They must be licensed and they must have valid public liability insurance cover to
protect you and your investment.
Due to the volume of work carried out for us, we are in a position to negotiate the best
possible price. We request form our landlords and authorized maintenance expenditure
limit to save having to worry you for authorisation on usually minor repairs. You will be
contacted of any repairs so we can seek your instruction in each instance.

You will receive a quarterly newsletter from our department which will include general
market information, office movements and investor tips.
