15. How many inspections of each unit will you carry out each
         year and will we receive a report of each inspection?

Our Property Management team conducts regular routine inspections on behalf of you
during the tenancy (a maximum of 4 routine inspections per year are allowed under
the Residential Tenancy Agreement).

During a usual tenancy we would conduct the inspections 6 monthly unless otherwise
instructed.

Our team invites the landlord to each inspection. This is not a mandatory
requirement however if you would like to join your manager you are more than
welcome to.

After each routine inspection has been conducted, you will receive a written report on
the Property’s condition. We will ensure that the smoke alarm is in working order and
will note any maintenance issues or requests that your tenant has bought to our
attention. Should there be any major maintenance issues that require immediate
attention we will contact you on our return to the office from the inspection.
