Adult male (age 32) shot in the eye from 15’ resulting in permanent blindness in one eye
• Retained by the Plaintiffs Attorney as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Investigated the matter through investigative research, interviews and an
inspection of the training site.
• The site was a multi use facility: live fire range, retail gun and ammunition sales
and a shoot house for law enforcement force-on-force training and AirSoft
games.
• Conducted an informal ammunition test.
