I.8. The following activities are undertaken to ensure quality in the process of curriculum
          development

                    I.8.1 participative planning and designing of the curriculum by the following
                    stakeholders

                               I.8.1.1 administration
                               I.8.1.2 faculty

                               I.8.1.3. students
                               I.8.1.4. alumni

                               I.8.1.5 representative from the industry sector
                               I.8.1.6 others

                    I.8.2 periodic review, assessment, updating and approval of the curriculum by the
                      academic council
                    I.8.3. confirmation of the curriculum by the Board of Regents

                    I.8.4. others
                     The publication in Official Gazette of the CMO 15 s 2017 on May 8, 2017
          compelled the College of Nursing in ISU to implement the said CMO. The College modified
          the course code of the subjects offered but all the course title and course contents are
          retained. After laying out the courses, we submitted the proposed adaption to the
          curriculum to the CHED RO2 and was content noted October 18, 2021. This was the second
          Content noted curriculum since the Filipino Subjects were removed from the latest
          curriculum.
                     Participative planning is attended by stakeholders from the administration,
          faculty, students, alumni and industry sector representative during regular curriculum
          planning. In the case of this curriculum, there were three enhancement subjects which went
          through this process and was approved by BOR No. 89 s.2018. These subjects are Climate
          Change and Disaster Risk Management (2 units), Entrepreneurial management (2 Units),
          Creative and Critical Thinking (2 Units).
                     In the case of our current curriculum, we simply adapted the prescribed
          curriculum and submitted to CHED for Content Notation. Since this curriculum did not went
          through the approval of the Academic Council Meeting.



          I.9. The program of study allows the accommodation of students with special needs and
          assists them to finish the degree

                     The Student Manual provides policies for students Welfare and Services specially
          for students with disabilities.
                     Some students with back subjects are allowed to request for their subject so that
          they will graduate during the succeeding semester or summer. They submit a request letter
          to their teacher of choice and once it is accepted, they will submit the letter to the registrar
          for opening of the subject. The teacher is not paid for the requested subject but it will be
          included to his/her workload,
