I.10 Instruction is enhanced through the following.

              I.10.2 Regular Classroom Observation

                     There is a regular classroom observation and evaluation by the Department Chair
              or by the dean. The result of these Class observations are used for evaluation of
              teaching effectiveness and basis for rehiring for non-permanent employees



              I.10.3 Regular Faculty Meeting with the College Dean/Academic Unit Dean/Department
              Chair
                     The dean regularly meets the Faculty every beginning and end of the semester



              I.10.4 Regular Faculty Performance Evaluation

                     The university has an established Faculty Performance Evaluation System (PES)
              and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR). In the exhibit is a sample
              of IPCR




              I.10.5 Attendance/Participation in in-service training
                     The university Regularly schedules in service training for faculty. On exhibit is a
              seminar on disaster risk reduction and management hosted by the University. Another
              exhibit is the seminar-workshop in syllabus making for OBE Nursing Curriculum last
              March 14-16 2018 hosted by the Isabela State University in cooperation with
              Commission on Higher Education Region 2.



              I.10.6 Conduct of Experimental Classes

                     Three modes of experimental classes are done in the College of Nursing
              1.  Synchronous – these are classes done online where students needs to attend the
                  classes as it was scheduled. These are done through google meet and zoom
                  meeting

              2.  Asynchronous – students are given the opportunity to do their tasks on their free
                  time. These are done by using modules and take home requirements
              3.  Hybrid online lectures – these classes are done using livestreaming in YouTube or
                  Facebook Live. Students may join the class and participate in class discussion. The
                  lecture will then be uploaded and becomes available to students anytime they have
                  free time
