Students consulted their instructors thru online for clarifications and checking of
their outputs. They were also consulted their instructor thru face to face to clearly
understand the instruction especially in making their documents
In Nursing Research Class, Students schedules their consultation with the teacher
in their convenient time

On June 3, 2019, the College Conducted a workshop in test construction. Our
guest was Dr. Grace Gumpal. The speaker discussed how to identify easy, moderate and
difficult questions. She also explained how to make points for essay exams.
I.4. This was conducted inside the campus
Periodic faculty performance evaluation on teaching and in other functions is done by at
least three of the following:
I.4.1. the Dean/Academic Head/Department Chair;
The dean of the college evaluates the faculty performance using the ISU System
Class Observation Form. The dean evaluates the content, knowledge of the suject matter,
teaching for independent learning, management of learning and the commitment of the
facluty.
I.4.2. the students;
The students evaluates the faculty using paperless student evaluation for
teachers (PSET). Link of the PSET will be sent to the students at the end of the sem and they
will rate their teacher with different criteria.
I.4.3. the faculty member himself/herself;
The faculty also rates himself/herself with the following criteria; commitment,
knowledge of subject, teaching for the independent learning and management of learning.
I.4.4. peers; and
Peer evaluation was also conducted with the following; commitment, knowledge
of subject, teaching for the independent learning and management of learning.
I.4.5. superior
The superior also rates himself/herself with the following criteria; commitment,
knowledge of subject, teaching for the independent learning and management of learning.
I.5. The results of the performance evaluation are used to improve the performance
competencies of the faculty.
