S.1 The institution has policies on:
S.1.1. substitution or special arrangements whenever a faculty is on leave or absent;
As stipulated in the Faculty Manual Chapter 4 page 98 a faculty may take a leave
or absent but with substitution or with special arrangement with other faculty
member.
S.1.2. giving awards and/or recognition for faculty and students with outstanding
achievements; and
Faculty who have innovations, inventions superior accomplishments and other
personal efforst were given awards and commendations. Students who are
national top notchers, student leaders in SBO and ROTC fficers were also given
awards and recognitions.
S.1 The institution has policies on:
S.1.3. supervision, monitoring and evaluation of faculty performance.
Isabela State University uses Strategic Performance Management System in monitoring
the activities of the faculty and evaluating their performances.
PARAMETER F
Implementation
I.1. The institution implements rules on the attendance of the faculty in their respective
classes and other academic related activities.
As per memorandum, faculty were required to go to school two times a week
and the remaining days will be a work-from-home. As a proof of attendance/teaching hours,
faculty were adviced to pass Flexible Teaching Learning Modalities form (FTLM) form.
I.2. Dialogues are regularly conducted by the administration with the:

Faculty meetings were regularly done by the dean in the College Council Meeting,
by Executive officer in the Campus Academic Council Meeting and by the President in
University Academic Council meeting
