I.5. A clearance from academic and financial accountabilities and responsibilities is required before
graduation.

Graduating students were cleared from their financial accountabilities and responsibilities in
their subjects before accepted as graduates.
I.6 The College/Academic Unit implements a mechanism to enable the students to complete the
following requirements on time:
I.6.1. assisted Operating Room (OR) cases (major/minor);

Graduating students were given enough RLE hours to complete the major and minor
operating room cases (scrub and circulating) guided by their clinical instructors in the
operating room. After completion students are required to compile the cases to be signed by
the clinical instructor, clinical coordinator, supervising nurse and dean.

I.6.2 handled deliveries;
Graduating students were given enough RLE hours to complete their handled delivery cases
guided by their clinical instructors in the delivery room. After completion students are
required to compile the cases to be signed by the clinical instructor, clinical coordinator,
supervising nurse and dean.

I.6.3 assisted deliveries; and
Graduating students were given enough RLE hours to complete their assisted delivery cases
guided by their clinical instructors in the delivery room. After completion students are
required to compile the cases to be signed by the clinical instructor, clinical coordinator,
supervising nurse and dean.

I.6.4 cord care/baby cares.
Graduating students were given enough RLE hours to complete their cord care/baby care
cases guided by their clinical instructors in the delivery room. After completion students are
required to compile the cases to be signed by the clinical instructor, clinical coordinator,
supervising nurse and dean.
