INTRODUCTION
Graduating students should comply on the needed requirements
S.1. There is a policy on graduation requirements.
The university has an ogngoing policy for the requirements of applicants for graduation
written in student handbook (page 27). Included in the requirements are;
1. Application for graduation
2. Completion of defficiencies
3. Residency
I.1. The students are regularly informed of the academic requirements of their respective courses.
Students informed of their academic requirements during orientations before the start of
classess. During orientation, admission guidelines and procedures for level 1 are being discussed
I.2. The College/Academic Unit implements the system for student returnees and transferees to meet the
residence and other graduation requirements. Included in the requirements are the following:
1. Student cumulative record
2. Certification of grades
3. Pre-registration form
4. Assessment form
5. Payment of the assessed fees
I.3. Graduating students conduct research and/or undergo practicum/OJT or other activities prescribed in
their respective curricula.
All graduating students conducted research and passed the edited/checked manuscript at the
registrar. They also have completed their Related Nursing Experiences (RLE) hours both clinical and
community.
I.4. The College/Academic Unit of Nursing assists the graduating students with academic deficiencies,
disciplinary cases, and other problems which hinder issuance of clearances.
Graduating students who have missed/failed subjects were adviced to request the subject To
be approved by the registrar.
