                   ●  Greeting the guest


               W : “Good morning / Good afternoon / Good evening Mam / Sir. Welcome to our Telkom Schools

               Restaurant. May I have you?”


               G : “Yes, I would like to have lunch.”

               W : “Have you made a reservation before?”


               G : “Yes / Not yet.”


               W : “For how many person?”


               G : “1,2,3,…”


               W : “Please follow me Mam / Sir.”


                   ●  Lead the guest to the table
                   ●  Siting the guest

                   ●  Open the guest napkin

                   ●  Open water goblet
                   ●  Give the menu

                   ●  Pour ice water
                   ●  Explain the menu


               W : “This is our menu today”


                   ●  Taking order

                   ●  Repeat order
                   ●  Take the menu

                   ●  Tulis menu yang dipesan di slip order, terdapat 3 rangkap slip order:

                                   -  Putih, diberikan ke kitchen

                                   -  Merah, diberikan ke cashier
                                   -  Kuning, disimpan sebagai pegangan waiters

                   ●  Give the bread (if needed)
