you, de clares the Sovereign Lord. My hand will be against
the [false] prophets who see false vi sions and ut ter ly ing div -
i na tions... There fore you will no longer see false vi sions or
practice div i na tion." (Ezekiel, 13:7-9, 23)

So do not lis ten to... your di vin ers, your in ter pret ers of
dreams, your me di ums or your sor cer ers... (Jeremiah, 27:9)

Despite false vi sions con cern ing you and ly ing div i na tions
about you... whose day has come, whose time of pun ish ment
has reached its cli max. (Ezekiel, 21:29)

I will de stroy your witch craft and you will no longer cast
spells. I will de stroy your carved im a ges and your sa cred

stones from among you; you will no longer bow down to the
work of your hands. I will take venge ance in an ger and
wrath up on the na tions that have not obeyed Me. (Micah,
5:12-15)

Taking Bribes Is Prohibited

Do not per vert jus tice or show par ti al i ty. Do not ac cept a
bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the
words of the right eous. (Deuteronomy, 16:19, Exodus, 23:8)

Cursed is the man who ac cepts a bribe to kill an in no cent

per son. (Deuteronomy, 27:25)
