1. Preheat oven to 180
Ingredients for base
2. In a bowl mash 2 bananas then mix in the rest of the
100g oats (GF if needed) ingredients (except fillings)
2 bananas 3. Spoon into your muffin tin (mini or normal will work fine
1 tbsp chia seed and milled flax just adjust cooking times)
seed 4. Flatten with a spoon so they are all level and equal then
2 tsp of cinnamon using your finger just pop little holes in the middle
5. Make your fillings up and spoon into the little holes
6. Place in the oven for 10 mins if mini or 15 if normal sized

Small handful of cherries mashed Spoonful of Greek yogurt (coconut
