Growing up in Ireland, our summers were far from the muggy heatwaves
that Britain faces, but despite the lower temperatures, the Ice-Cream Van man never
failed to make an appearance. I’m feeling nostalgic, does anyone else love a

Brunch? For me, it's an Irish classic.

I recall last summer, London reached temperatures of 35 degrees Celsius. With
