For hard working Mums and Dads, if you are keen to make low
calorie, low sugar and low carb ice lollies, look no further than
these caffeine-free tea based frozen lollies!
Ingredients
3-4 fruit tea bags (fruits of the forest flavour would be best
but feel free to experiment with other flavours).
300-500ml boiling water, depending on how many moulds
you are making.
70-100g blueberries, chopped strawberries and chopped
bananas.
Method:
Add the fruit tea bags to the boiling water. Leave to cool.
Blend the fruit until liquidised. Pour the liquid into the ice
lolly moulds with cooled tea and freeze for 6-8 hours.

Ingredients:
Pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, avocado and raspberries.
Method:
Blend each fruit individually in order to achieve a fruity pulp
(add a splash of water to the pineapple and avocado)
Layer the blended fruits as you like in the lolly moulds and
freeze for at least 1hr.
