Jodie brings with her strong partner
relationship building skills. Jodie’s history
with Dairy Women’s Network includes being
Chair of the Rotorua conference committee
in 2018.
“I applied for the Hub Leader role because I enjoy supporting
and working with Regional Leaders to be the best they can
be for their region.
I have enjoyed and learnt so much as a Regional Leader
over the last few years and saw this as an opportunity to give
back by supporting others.”
Alison Ferris
Waikato West and Taranaki
alison.ferris@dwn.org.nz
Alison was Chair of the 2017 conference in
Queenstown. She was also the first Regional
Leader Representative to the Dairy Women’s
Network Trust Board. Both these roles have
developed her ease in front of groups and
presenting skills
“Becoming a hub leader is a great way to further my
leadership journey within Dairy Women’s Network and
work on an initiative that will then lead to others taking this
journey.
It’s a privilege to work with like minded women who want to
help support other women on their own leadership journey.
It’s exciting to be part of something new for Dairy Women’s
Network.”
