Why Regional Leaders do it
Regional Leaders are motivated to do the role for a
variety of reasons:
• Learn from other women who have the skills and
expertise.
• Dairy Women’s Network provides a genuine way
to connect. This platform offers an authentic way
to engage for mutual benefit.
• Others want to find a way to connect with a like-
minded group of farming women, either having
moved from another part of the country, or
having relocated from another country.
• They feel empowered by providing such powerful
learning and connecting opportunities for other
farming women and seeing the impact this has
on the women who attend.
