Tracey’s consultative approach and thorough
promotion has resulted in several strong
social events that were well-supported
by members and partners. She is strongly
proactive in personal development.
“The reason I applied for the Hub Leader position was to
grow my knowledge and confidence.
I also wanted to ensure there is a constant link in my
local communities for knowledge to be fed through to our
members. And to help make connections with farming
women who live a more rural isolated lifestyle.”

love connecting with people and being a mentor. I want to
share with others and help build up their strengths which
will come from the leadership, knowledge and skills I have
gained though Dairy Women’s Network.”
