Where can the Regional Leader role
take you?
Over and above the connection brought by being a
leader in the region where you farm or have a role in
the industry, the Regional Leader leadership journey
includes opportunities which result in increased
confidence and personal profile or building of your
own brand through event management.
Also inherent in the role is personal and professional
development. Organisational understanding and
skills training is delivered collectively once a year
in different locations, as well as further leadership
development through our annual Leadership Forum
for Regional Leaders.
There are additional roles Regional Leaders can take
on to further their leadership journey.
