                   • Some provide guidelines on the timeframes they
                     need to provide sponsorship
                   • This may involve working with your Hub Leader
and through your Regional Manager, who in turn
will progress it with the Partner Relationship
                     Manager.
                   • We want to encourage Network Partners to be
present at the events, support in content delivery
or they might offer support with catering.

                  Local industry and business
Within your own farming networks or local
community, there will be businesses that want to
                  give back to the industry.

They will be businesses and organisations who
already sponsor things and have a profile in your
                  farming community or region.

There are others who don’t and may not have been
asked. They may not know about Dairy Women’s
Network and what we do for farmers in their region.

Before approaching a business, check there is no
conflict of interest with your Regional Manager.

When approaching local businesses, consider what
you will say about the following:

                   • Who you are - your farming background and
history with the region/town (and remind them
that you are a customer if relevant
