Smoked Salmon





        Avocado Toast






















            Avocado toast has become a bit of a joke in the recent years. However, it’s an

          incredibly easy dish to make and even easier to dress up for a highly nutritious
                                          and absolutely delicious meal!

        Ingredients:                                           Toast your bread to your desired

        2 slices of bread                                      toastiness.
        1 ripe avocado

        Fresh lemon juice                                      Spread the avocado mash onto the toast.
        Cucumber                                               Top with the smoked salmon, sliced

        Red onion                                              cucumber, sliced red onion, and arugula.
        Arugula
        Smoked salmon                                          If desired, season with herbs and spices.

        Any desired herbs or spices                            Some ideas are:
                                                               Chives
        Instructions:                                          Crushed red pepper

                                                               Fresh dill
        Thinly slice the cucumber and red onion.   Everything bagel seasoning

        Wash and dry the arugula and set aside.                Hot sauce
                                                               Microgreens

        Scoop the avocado meat into a bowl and  Capers or olives
        mash with a fork. Add in salt, pepper,                 Good quality olive oil
        and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Mix

        well and adjust seasonings to taste.                   Enjoy!
