Creamy Asparagus Soup





































           Paired with a light salad, this healing and nutrient-dense soup is perfect for a

                                                       light meal

        Ingredients:                                           Add the garlic, asparagus and beans.

        1 tbsp avocado oil                                     Season with a small bit of salt and pepper
        1 chopped medium onion                                 and stir.
