                             The holidays are a time of family, friends, fun,
                             and a lot of food. While the food is delicious,

                             it is common to indulge in rich “special”
                             foods that aren’t eaten on a daily basis. This

                             can make your body feel a bit uncomfortable
                             and heavy. What better way to reset than with
                             delicious soups! Soups are perfect as they are

                             low in calories and fats and fulfill your sudden
                             hunger while preventing you from overeating.

                             By adding herbs, spices, and various vegetables,
                             you create a delicious way to detox your body of
                             harmful toxins.



                             When the weather is cold, nothing will keep you

                             warm and comfortable like a bowl of healthy
                             soup. Instead of drinking caffeinated beverages
                             that can make your body dehydrated, a bowl of

                             soup can nourish you and keep your body warm
                             from the inside.
