                                        Golden Brown Salmon Patties





                                                   1 can (15 oz.) salmon

                                    A handful of saltines (about 6‐8 double crackers)

                                                           1 egg

                                                 Salt and pepper to taste


                                                       Oil for frying




                         1. Drain the salmon and remove the skin and bones.

                         2. Stir in an egg and a little salt and pepper.

                         3. Crush saltines and add enough to the salmon to enable you to

                             make patties that stick together.

                         4. Fry until golden brown and then turn over to brown the other side.

                         5. You can serve with tartar sauce if you like it.
