Nan’s Chess Cake

For First Layer:

1 box yellow cake mix

1 egg

1 stick butter

For Second Layer:

One box powdered sugar

One 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 eggs

1. Mix first three ingredients together and press down into a buttered 9X13 pan.

2. Mix the next three ingredients and pour over top of cake.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
