INVOLVED

• Monitoring by Dean through Research Committee, and
progress of completion. Research & Innovation
• Presentation of research progress at School level twice a Management Centre
year in order to assist researchers to complete research

• Reward/recognition system for researchers who manage
to complete on time. This reward/recognition will be
recorded in each researcher’s portal and counted for
annual performance appraisal as well as for internal
grant evaluation.
• Assist researchers with generation of research output,
such as Scopus-index journal publication and graduate
research assistant (GRA).
• Establish database to list potential topics in order to
attract competent GRA.
