Liskeard Athletic to two points as they won 4-0 against Feniton. Wensday Wise scored a
goal in each half and she was joined on the scoresheet by Rosie Shipp and Panagiota
Papaioannou. Liverton Utd and Helston Athletic finished level at 3-3, Hannah
Drummond hitting a hat-trick for Liverton whilst Helston replied with an Eve-Charlotte Moore
brace and Beth Prouse.
Southern Region League
Abingdon Utd have taken over the leadership of the Premier Division following their 8-1
victory away to Winchester City Flyers. Nell Boxall, Lauren May and Molly Lygo all scored
twice for United, with Sahara Osborne-Ricketts and Lindsay Pinker adding the others.
Previous leaders Moneyfields were held to a 2-2 draw by Ascot Utd, Roxanne Lee-Stewart
and Meghan McKeag were on target for the Moneys whilst Sarah Leonard bagged a brace for
Ascot, who stay in fourth. Chloe Ball netted for third placed Abingdon Town as they drew 1-1
with Eastleigh who replied through Catherine Browning, whilst Madelyn Sawyer and own
goal saw Woodley Utd to their first win of the season, 2-1 against Wycombe Wanderers.
In Division One, Bournemouth Sports defeated Woking Ladies 5-0 to move to
within a single point of leaders AFC Bournemouth Development. Hollie Shaw gave Sports
an early lead and they went on to add further goals through Becky Miles, Rebecca Knapton,
Lauren Brewer and Sian Tilly. New Milton Town scored six times without reply away to
Abbey Rangers, Pearl Mortimer bagging a five-goal haul and Dominique Carrington adding
the other. Mia Gardner, Payton Howard, Molly Jones and Maya Butler saw Chichester City
to a 4-2 victory over Milton Utd and Southampton Women Res won for the first time, 6-2
against Eversley & California, Siena Millen hitting a hat-trick with Caitlin Bevan, Kathryn
Heath and Aimee Lawrence also on the scoresheet.
West Midlands League
Premier Division leaders Stourbridge went down to their first defeat of the season, beaten
3-0 by Sutton Coldfield Town who go level on points with them, Sophie Levick scoring a
hat-trick with Sutton. Three teams have the same number of points with Lichfield City in
second place following their 4-1 victory over Coundon Court, Lyndsey Ross-Baker netting
twice along with Courtney Dilger and Natasha Lawrence. Alice Lilley (2), Danielle Keegan,
Kirsty Spencer and Donna Tompkins accounted for the goals as Crusaders defeated
Worcester City 5-1 to go fourth, whilst Kidderminster Harriers continue to pick up pace
with a 9-1 victory over Coventry Sphinx. Dani Selmes led the scoring with a hat-trick, Sarah
Lojko and Channelle Mason each added braces, while Mia Badland and Molly Maguire also got
on target. Redditch Utd meanwhile chalked up their first win, 2-1 against Tamworth thanks
to Jade Guppy and Elizabeth Harborne.
In Division One North, AFC Telford Utd were held to a goalless draw by Sandwell
Ladies but they hold on to top spot on goal difference from Shifnal Town who defeated
Darlaston Town 5-0 thanks to a Rebecca-Lee Bown hat-trick, Demmie Bown and Nicola
Mason. Shrewsbury Town are a point behind in third place after scoring ten without reply
against Wyrley Ladies, Madison Jones hitting a hat-trick with Lily McShane (2), Zoe Child,
Olivia Minshall, Shannon McShane, Mia-Leigh Pugh and Paris Schofield joining her on the
scoresheet. Macy Isherwood and Amelia Whitehouse each scored twice, with Kelly Leese
adding the other, as Port Vale won 5-1 against Coventry City.
Kitty Jones and Bonnie Mountford scored the goals as Division One South table toppers
Leamington Lions beat Cookley Sports 2-1 to maintain their lead of two points from
Solihull Sporting, 5-1 winners at Sedgley & Gornal Utd thanks to Naomi Melbourne (2),
Victoria Cook, Isabelle Haigh and Maddison Scandrett, and Knowle who defeated Droitwich
Spa 4-0 with goals from Camile Abbotts, Jessica Barlow, Rachel Keen and Annie Stanway.
Elloise Russell, Chloe Schulze and Kellie Smith were the markswomen for Kingfisher as they
leapfrogged Rugby Borough in the table by beating them 3-0.
