Colney the lead just after the hour mark. Shakeela Husain levelled the scores with just six minutes
remaining and in injury time, Leyah Maddix headed in the winning goal to ensure that Luton

immense excitement of last summer, the women’s game has pushed on throughout
this season with record attendances set in all four home nations, and not just at the
       highest level.
We would like to thank everybody who has helped us bring the magazine together
throughout the last twelve months, in not the easiest of times. Our women’s football
‘superfan’ Patrick Higgins with his brilliant match reports as well as long serving
James Prickett and Julian Barker, who have put so much into covering the game for
so many years, plus Will Cheshire, Colin Poultney and Malcolm McKenzie who, along
with James and Julian, have produced such high quality photographs so
       consistently.
We would also like to extend our grateful thanks to the various Football
Associtaions and the leagues for their co-operation and support, as well as the clubs
who have assisted us with information and interviews etc, with such great
       enthusiasm.
