AFC Wimbledon have climbed into the top four following their 9-1 success away to
Stevenage Women. Ashlee Hincks led the scoring for the Dons with a five-goal haul, Rebecca
Carter weighed in with a brace and there was one each from Katie Stanley and Hannah
Billingham, with Stevenage getting a consolation through Sophie Davidson.
Abbey Dell, Niamh Carty and Ria Laudat all scored a goal apiece as London Seaward
made it three wins in five games, beating Harlow Town 3-2 with Beth Chambers and Lindsey
Morgan replying.
Cambridge City and Queen's Park Rangers meanwhile shared four goals. Grace
Stanley bagged a brace for City, with Erin Pope and Brogan Moore on target for Rangers.
Norwich City made it two wins on the trot with a 4-1 victory away to Kent Football
Utd. Jodie Drake, Natasha Snelling and Kathryn Stanley were all on target for the Canaries along
with an own goal.
Division One South West
The table continues to look congested after Sunday's matches and there was also a change of
leadership with Cheltenham Town taking over after winning 4-1 at Maidenhead Utd.
Lacy-Jai Liggett, Jade Grove, Amy Wathan and Abby Bevan all scored for the Robins, whilst the
home side's consolation came from Kirsty Matthews.
Cheltenham head the table on goal difference from previous leaders Chesham Utd,
who were beaten 2-0 by Southampton Women. Lauren Cheshire and Brittany Jeal scored the
goals for Southampton, to condemn the Clarets to their first defeat of the season.
Exeter City built on their midweek win against Buckland Athletic with another
victory, 4-0 against Larkhall Athletic to take themselves into third. Emily Toogood, Anthea
Kaptein and Phoebe Baker ensured that Exeter were three up at the break, before substitute
Connie Pengelly added to her midweek hat-trick with the final goal late on.
Portishead Town meanwhile kept themselves in amongst the leading sides, thanks to
a 3-0 win over Poole Town. After Shannon Holloway had given Posset a first half lead, Rosie
Hill wrapped up the points for her side with a second half double.
Reserve Section round-up...
Middlesbrough have taken a five point lead in the Northern Division after goals from Katie
Ormerod, Abby Robson, Bethin Boyle and Jessica Whitaker gave them a 4-2 win away to
Durham Cestria. Brighouse Town meanwhile scored eight times without reply past
Barnsley to go second, Katja May and Rosie Robinson each netting twice along with Trinae
Edwards, Izzy Gigg, Molly Havard and Imogen Nichols. Stockport County lost ground when
they were beaten 5-2 by Liverpool Feds, Millie Fitzpatrick hitting a hat-trick with Hanna
Pennington and Jess Smylie adding the others. Olivia Sellars was another hat-trick scorer for
Hull City as they won 3-1 at Bradford City, meanwhile Katie Astle (2), Holly Housley, Mia
Moorhouse and Abbie Langstaff all scored for Leeds Utd in their 5-5 draw with Chorley, who
replied via doubles from Leah Collins and Taylor Howarth, along with Aleesha Collins.
Daisy Wickett led the scoring with a hat-trick for Midland Division leaders
Wolverhampton Wanderers in their 10-2 victory over Solihull Moors. Shelbie Cartwright
and Chantelle Teare each added two along with Grace Gregory, Chloe Shirley and Lauren Riley.
Wolves head the table by two points from Nottingham Forest who also put ten past
Doncaster Rovers Belles courtesy of a Sophia Bonser hat-trick, Alice Higginbottom (2),
Niamh Reynolds (2), Mia Chiarizia (2) and Jemima Foottit. Loughborough Lightning are
third following their win over a depleted Bedworth Utd side, Emily Brett scoring seven times
and Mathilda Finburgh adding a further six, Ella Powell and Jessica Richardson netted four and
three times respectively, with Katrena Morrison and Meadow Barton completing the tally. Stacey
Buxton and Holly Wilson gave Limcoln City a 2-1 victory over Stoke City, whilst Leicester
City defeated Long Eaton Utd 6-0 thanks to Dulcibella Binns (2), Marriam Rawel (2), Tara
Kirk and Monique Price. West Bromwich Albion ran out 9-1 winners over Sporting Khalsa,
Natasha Bailey hitting a hat-trick along with Freya Smith (2), Olivia Stubbs (2), Jessica Hood and
Anae Roberts.
Watford continue to set the pace in the South East Division, beating Cambridge City
thanks to Kayra Karakus, Ronnell Humes, Amber Dredge and Assia Fatri. They lead by three
