season, has that provided a big incentive for the team to be playing teams like
that at a higher level next season?
JK: Absolutely, it's been brilliant for us as a squad to test ourselves against those clubs in Tier
3 and show us what's required to be successful there. We look at Liverpool Feds who were
promoted last season and it's great to see them holding their own up there, I'd like to think
that we could do the same.
       Our thanks to Jen!

West Bromwich Albion midfielder Phoebe Warner is looking ahead to her side taking on
Brighton & Hove Albion in the Vitality Women’s FA Cup on Sunday, as well as recalling her
biggest successses in the competition to date.
“My favourite Women’s FA Cup memory would have to be when I played for West Brom
for a season at the age of 16 before I moved to Villa,” she said. “It must have been the quarter
finals where we faced Birmingham City who were in the Super League. I took to the pitch for
the last half hour and played with Ellen White and Jess Carter. It was amazing!
“Plus, of course, getting the hat-trick for West Brom in the earlier rounds of the Women’s
FA Cup was probably one of the highlights of my senior career.
“We've been working over the last week or so to implement a game plan and we're going
to try and execute that [against Brighton] on Sunday. It's the magic of the FA Cup, anything can
       happen.
“We're the underdogs and I think that helps us. The pressure is on them, not us. We're
confident and we've got a lot of belief which our manager and coaches have instilled in us.
“I think the Vitality Women’s FA Cup is a great competition because it gives the
opportunity for players to play against teams that you don't always get the opportunity to play
       against in your league.
“It's going to be a good challenge for us and it's a good way to measure ourselves, against
a professional full-time team. We can spot the things that we need to work on and the things
that we're good at. The team is really excited for the match and the occasion. And with it being
the Women’s FA Cup, it’s just extra special and exciting.”
