FA Women’s National League
Southern Premier Division
The only match to take place in the division on Sunday
saw Keynsham Town move up into a mid-table
position with a 2-1 victory against Milton Keynes
Dons. The first half was goalless but the Dons started the second half strongly and pressed hard
without getting the breakthrough, and it was Keynsham who took the lead through a shot from the
edge of the area from Kerry Bartlett which went in off the post. The Dons hit back to level the
scores with a deflected effort from Marianne Taho but it was Keynsham, and Bartlett, who were to
have the final say, the striker pouncing on an error to roll home the winning goal deep into injury
time.

London Seaward have caught up ground on the five teams above them in the table with a 2-0

Harlow Town meanwhile claimed an important 2-1 win against Enfield Town. All of
the goals came in the first half, Georgia Box giving Harlow a third minute lead which was doubled

interval.
Division One South West
The points were shared in the local derby between Portishead Town and Larkhall Athletic,

Swindon Town meanwhile made it two league victories in a row as they ran out 6-1
winners over Poole Town. Ellie Olds netted a first half brace for the Wiltshire side, with Sophie
Mitchell adding a third after the break. Emma Acott pulled one back for Poole but Swindon were
to power further ahead, Olds netting twice more to complete a four-goal haul on the day and
Megan Attenborough rounded off the scoring in injury time for a result which takes Swindon into
mid-table.

Chorley lifting themselves up into third place in the table by scoring eleven times without reply

The leadership of the Midland Division changed hands once again, with Nottingham
Forest making a quick return to the summit following their 5-1 victory away to Lincoln City.
